At Bostonian Jewelers, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that custom-designed pieces and altered items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.
Secure the Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, such as diamond certificates and appraisal reports, inside the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
