How long does shipping take for custom jewelry pieces?
Since our custom pieces are handcrafted in our Boston studio, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. Once complete, orders are shipped via insured overnight delivery.
What is your return policy for engagement rings?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund on all non-customized stock items. Please note that custom-designed pieces and items with personalized engravings are final sale.
Do you offer professional jewelry appraisals for insurance?
Yes, every purchase over $1,000 includes a complimentary detailed appraisal performed by our GIA-certified gemologists for your insurance records.
Can I resize a ring after I have purchased it?
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first year of purchase for most standard ring designs. Some eternity bands and intricate settings may have limitations.
What payment methods do you accept?
